Summary

• Add protected, read-only Needs attention task query for Sales Overview (Gather #7370).
• Filter unfinished sales tasks due on/before an explicit local-calendar-day cutoff, assigned to current active-org Owners/Admins.
• Stable ordering/pagination; role and organization isolation; no schema or ordinary task permission changes.
• Backend only: dashboard row rendering is separate ticket #7392.

Verification

• 561 backend tests passed, including persisted HTTP filtering, pagination, role-change and rollback/cleanup coverage.
• 401 sales-library tests passed; 402 frontend tests passed.
• Shared-library build, backend TypeScript, canonical pnpm run fmt, and diff checks passed.
• Targeted lint: no errors, one existing Nest module warning.
• Signed-in local endpoint verified HTTP 200 with no-store response.
• Local-preview-only fixture transaction rolled back and cleanup verified.
