Better logging from the entrypoint and apache

This change tries to present the logs generated by entrypoint,sh and apache2 (error and access) in a similar format than the supervisor in the docker logs:

This change adds a new log file in the state directory of SuiteCRM, but at least, it will be rotated: access.log.X
I'm working on an other PR to collect all log files, including this new one, in a dedicated folder.
