Adds Tool Kumar under Development Tools. The Convert view infers JSON Schema draft 2020-12 from pasted JSON examples. Parsing and generation run locally in the browser without an account.

I maintain Tool Kumar. This entry describes schema generation only. Users should review inferred types and required fields against their actual data contract before using the result.

Both data.yaml and the generated README.md are included, as requested in CONTRIBUTING.md.

Validation:

• Used the live HTTPS tool to generate a schema from an object containing an array of user records.
• Compiled that output with Ajv draft 2020-12; it accepted the example and rejected a string ID and a missing required field.
• pnpm start, pnpm test, pnpm run lint, and git diff --check passed.
