Fixes #494.
Lets typed Serde readers keep and reuse the tape after success or a field error. Adds a padded-input example and focused tests for borrowed strings, strict fields and allocation reuse.
Checked: three focused tests, the new example with default/no-default features, and formatting. Nightly Clippy stops on an existing NEON
used_underscore_itemserror.
