This pull request adds the Copy Publication Information plugin to the PKP Plugin Gallery.
The plugin adds a button to OJS article pages, allowing users to copy all published article information with a single click, including article title, journal name, authors, DOI, keywords, abstract, article URL, full-text PDF URL, citation information, and other relevant metadata.
