Motivation
Part of foundry-rs/foundry#17994.
config/networkssays "The selected execution profile must be compatible with the fork source", but that only holds when the network is inferred. With an explicitnetwork/--network, a fork of another family runs with the selected family's rules.Solution
Splits the sentence into the two cases: an inferred network still errors on a mismatched fork, and an explicit selection runs the fork with its rules and warns once per chain. The warning text matches foundry-rs/foundry#18037.
