The existing fio path lacks matched seeds, a reliable premeasurement barrier and complete build/runtime provenance. Add a repository-native protocol that freezes clean source and build inputs, verifies the loaded variant/geometry, runs a four-cell pilot followed by five paired seeds (20 independent runs), retains JSON+ histograms and B/F/Q counters, and produces descriptive paired tables.

Add opt-in flashweave NAND/resource reservation and worker-decision trace events, private tracefs streaming capture and loss/lifecycle-aware analysis. Diagnostic tracing stays off in the performance matrix. The reservation policy is preserved; unsupported parent, retirement, actual hardware completion and full-drain evidence remain explicitly marked. Historical raw results are unchanged.

Validation: 49 local unittest cases across protocol/summary, trace fixtures, source-derived C checks and existing artifact checks; existing parser regression and 37-file archive verification passed. Source-derived C checks compared 32,768 operations with tracing off/on under ASan/UBSan. Linux CI passed on commit 371c682: both Python 3.10/3.12 suites and all four module builds against Linux 5.15.0-198-generic headers. See https://github.com/YeDonS/FlashWeave/actions/runs/40285908469 . No module load, real fio/tracefs collection or new device performance measurements were run; those remain DATA REQUIRED.

Setup and commands: docs/EXPERIMENTS.md. Trace field semantics and capture/analyze interfaces: docs/TRACE_FORMAT.md.
