Adds a From another form option to the builder's Create New popover. It lists the signed-in user's own STAPLE forms (not MARKER forms) and copies the chosen items into the form being edited.
What

Uses
mods.itemSource, added in form-studio v1.1.0. This was merged while the pin was stillv1.0.1; the pin bump is in #553.Testing
4 new query tests; with a local build of form-studio the form tests pass (56). Not yet tried in a browser.
