…te system STR_TENSOR_TRANSFORM treated RCORD as the basic-to-output rotation, but RCORD holds output-to-basic. Solid stresses and strains requested in a rotated CORDM or STR_CID system were therefore rotated by the inverse rotation. Also return without transforming when a PARAM STR_CID coordinate system is not defined, as the information message already says. Previously the transformation went ahead with an unset matrix.

It appears all other consumers of RCORD already had this right.
