🌐 Added missing French translations for the private site page (#621)

French was the only partially translated locale left with gaps in the shared
theme strings: 12 empty values, all of them from Ghost core's private.hbs. That
covers the access code dialog and the self-signup form a private site shows
before anyone can get in, so French visitors met an English page at the one
point where they had no way past it.

The translations come from Enrique Pardo, a French publisher who reported the
gaps. They are used as submitted apart from these corrections:

- Five strings already have an official French translation in Ghost core, so
  those are adopted verbatim rather than translated afresh: the two error
  messages, the restricted-domain and rate-limit notices, and the invalid
  email message. A visitor can meet the private page and Portal in the same
  session, and they should read the same way.
- "Enter" labels the submit button, rendered as `{{t "Enter"}} →`, so it
  is "Entrer" (going in) rather than "Saisir" (typing something in).
- "Enter access code" needed its article: "Saisir le code d'accès".
- "Site owner login" is "Connexion du propriétaire"; this file already
  translates "Login" as "Connexion".
- Added the space French sets before "!".

French is now complete for the shared theme strings. The 16 theme locale
outputs are regenerated with `gulp translations`, so only fr.json files change.
Verified with the theme-translations tests and gscan across all themes.
